Return & Exchange Policy

At SUPWOW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions.



To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please be aware that you may be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, depending on the circumstances.

To initiate a return, please email  the details of your concern, plus your name, street address, phone number and order number or date of purchase to within 14 days since the delivery date of your order. We will assess your request and send you the mail address to which the item should be returned.

For faulty or broken items, shipping costs will be covered by us. For change of mind, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.


To help us quickly process your return, please follow our returns instructions:

  • Return all original packaging;
  • Do not remove any hang tags or sewn tags. Any returned items without sewn tags will not be eligible for a refund;
  • Use the original mailing bag/box to return the item(s) and securely seal to keep the item(s) safe;
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.




Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange on unused items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

It’s important to keep in mind that we reserve the right to offer an exchange, refund for returned items, depending on the situation. Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund in all cases.

Upon receipt of your returned item, an email confirmation will be sent to notify you of its arrival. The condition of the product and reason for the return will be assessed, and you will receive an email notification of our decision to either approve or reject your request for a refund or store credit. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days from the date of receipt for us to process your request.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 15 days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
